Our mission

Nurses taking care of nurses.

  • • You see what an offer really pays.
  • • You hear how a hospital really runs.
  • • We value input from all nurses.
  • • Not affiliated with staffing agencies or hospitals.
  • • Confidential and anonymous.

Built-in rules

Our policy

The foundation of our profession is trust and integrity. This is our unwritten contract and we pledge allegiance to it. This is what we signed up for.

  1. 1

    Nurses only

Reviews come from nurses whose license we checked. Hospitals, agencies and recruiters cannot post, pay to change, or remove reviews.

  2. 2

    You post under a nickname

The name people see is a nickname you pick. Your real name is used only to check your license, and it is never shown.

  3. 3

    License checks stay private

We look up your license in the free public record. No documents, no photos. We delete the number as soon as we decide.

  4. 4

We hide anything that could give you away

We remove details that could point to you or a patient, and we show contract dates only roughly.

  5. 5

    A person reads every review

Each review is read against our rules before it shows. If we say no, you can ask us to look again.

  6. 6

    No made-up numbers

We never invent reviews, ratings, member counts or testimonials.

  7. 7

    Safe before open

Uploads and reviews stay closed until storage, sign-in and access controls are built and tested.

How we stop hospitals and recruiters from steering this

A policy on paper is just words. These are the parts already built into the app itself — a hospital or recruiter opening the same pages you are cannot get around them.

A hospital or agency writing its own reviews

Only accounts the founder has personally checked as nurses can send a review. The check lives inside the database itself — there is no page, link or loophole a non-nurse can use to post.

A recruiter pretending to be a nurse

Every writer first passes a license check: they send their license number, the founder looks it up in the official record, and the number is deleted once decided. Nothing is granted on trust alone.

Paying to remove or soften a bad review

There is no payment system and no relationship with any hospital or agency. A sent review cannot be changed or deleted by anyone — not the writer, not an admin. The only thing that can happen is it gets turned down, and that is recorded with a reason.

Flooding the site with fake praise from many accounts

Worrying patterns are caught on their own before anything shows: the same words from different accounts, several reviews of one hospital from one nurse, or a burst of reviews in a day. Caught posts wait for a person.

Nothing shows without a person saying yes

Every review goes into a private pile and only shows publicly after the founder approves it. Turned-down reviews stay hidden; approved ones carry a 'Real nurse' mark.

Hunting down a nurse who wrote something critical

Reviews carry a nickname, and the writer's identity is never shown anywhere — not beside the review, not in anything a hospital can see, not to anyone.

What we haven't built yet

A clear way to ask us to look again

A nurse whose review is turned down can ask for a second look today, but there is no formal, written-out way to do it yet.

The full rulebook, published

Our checks follow the rules on this page, but the exact rulebook and the list of decisions are not published in full yet.

Staying independent as we grow

Today's protections are real but rest on one person being honest. As more nurses join, they need to become built-in: more checkers, published records and outside eyes.
